About Instant Preview
We have created a unique "Instant Preview" system that allows your customers to design, preview, and submit their orders. When your customers click one of our product images in your store a new screen will appear over your website. This screen is our Swank Press catalog and it will be personalized with your company name. On this screen your customers will be able to navigate between labels and tags, and view all the styles, shapes, and colors that are available in the Swank Press catalog. When your customers select their perfect label or tag, they will be able to enter their text, photo, or artwork, and then instantly preview their order before they submit it. Although it appears that your customers are on your website when they view the catalog, they are actually in our server. After they submit their order, our server captures an image of it, and your customers are then taken to your checkout page where they pay you the full retail cost.
Submitting Order Information To Us
After you receive payment from your customers, you will send us an email for each order. These emails should include your order/invoice number, the shipping name and address, and any Swank Press line items, including the referenceID number and quantity. When we receive your email, we will create, print, quality check, and blind ship the order to the address you provided.
