What discounts and commissions do you offer?
- After your application has been accepted, you will make an initial $250.00 deposit to activate your account. After you request your Swank Press catalog, integrate it on your site, and demonstrate to us that you have added the products to your store, you will receive a 40% commission on all the sales you receive through your store.

How does my customer place an order?

- On your merchant site, your customer clicks on a link and goes to the label & tag catalog (which is identified with your name across the top), where they select labels/tags and place their text.
- Customer clicks to confirm their order and returns to your site.
- The order is stored in your merchant account on the Swank Press website. On your website, the sale total goes into the customers cart as an added line item (or multiple line items depending on your cart).

The customer proceeds to checkout on your site.
- After you receive payment, you will send us an email with the pertinent order information.
- We print, package and ship.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
- Simply fill out the application form and submit it. We will review your application, and if you qualify, our technical staff will consult with you to personalize your order pages so you can integrate Swank Press products into your website. Once the products are available on your site, you will be able to to receive 40% of orders placed on your site and a 40% discount on orders placed through your merchant account.

WILL I HAVE A PERSONALIZED SWANK PRESS CATALOG?
- Yes, your company name will appear at the top of the catalog. We'll set it up for you.

Do I need any special software to start selling?
- The only specific software you must have is an active shopping cart that accepts personalized products. Our technical staff will consult with you to integrate your label and tag sales into your existing shopping cart.

WHEN WILL MY SWANK PRESS STORE BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS?
- After you have filled out the application form and it has been accepted, you will request a personalized Swank Press catalog from our technical staff. As soon as you integrate this catalog on your website and create a photo or text link, your customers will immediately have access to all Swank Press products and you can begin to make sales.

What are my costs?
- There are no set-up fees or monthly maintenance fees. You are only required to maintain a minimum balance in your account, or keep a credit card on file, to remain active.

How are prices set in my label & TAG boutique?
- Label prices start at $9.99 per sheet, and tag prices start at $11.99 per set, with up to a 70% savings on large quantity orders. Volume discounts are displayed automatically when the customer chooses their quantity in the "How Many?" drop-down box.

CAN I SET PRICES ON MY SITE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
- Prices for Swank Press products are all pre-set on our site, and there is no option for you to set them. You earn 40% of the posted prices on the Swank Press site. The prices are structured so that customers get huge discounts - up to 70% - for volume orders and you still earn your 40% commission.

HOW DO YOU BILL ME?

• Each time you confirm a sale by sending us an order email, your merchant account will be charged for the sale price of the order less your 40% commission.
• You must maintain a minimum balance in your account at all times, or keep a credit card on file, in order for it to remain active. Your account will be automatically refreshed using your credit card on file at a predetermined recharge rate when your account falls below the minimum balance. Or, you may choose to fill it yourself from your merchant account.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• If you request that we print an order within one business day we will add a $5.00 Rush fee on the order.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
- Our plant is in the state of Oregon which does not have a sales tax, so we do not charge state sales tax.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS AND SALES?
- Go to your merchants page to track your transactions. You can view sales, details of each order, and status of each order. You can also track histories of purchases, including monthly sales histories and product sales histories, so you can see exactly what and when people are ordering. These pages are where you will reconcile our invoicing against your credit card payments.

How are the labels and tags sold?

Personalized labels are printed on 8-1/2 x 11 inch pre-cut, self-adhesive sheets, and are very easy to apply. You simply peel the individual labels off the sheet and press them onto your container. Labels are printed with water resistant inks using digital 4-color, high-resolution presses. The paper is white with a coated matte finish for fine detail, rich color, and a satin feel. Depending upon the size of the label, there are from 8 to 48 labels on each sheet. Sheets of labels start at $9.99, with up to a 70% savings on large quantity orders. The Order Page, where you type in the words for your label and place it in your shopping cart, shows you exact pricing in the "How Many?" drop-down box.
Personalized tags are printed on 8-1/2 x 11 inch, 110-pound cover stock sheets. They are prepunched and ready to pop out, with pre-punched holes. Tags are printed with water resistant inks using digital 4-color, high-resolution presses. Depending upon the size of the tag, there are from 8 to 36 tags on each sheet. Each sheet of tags is $12, with up to a 70% savings on large quantity orders. The Order Page, where you type in the words for your tag and place it in your shopping cart, shows you exact pricing in the "How Many?" drop-down box.

What if my customer cant find the shape or size they need?
- Sorry, additional shapes are not available, but please let us know what your customers are asking for, because we are continually updating our selection of shapes.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TERMS?

Swank Press ships FREE TO MERCHANTS AND CUSTOMERS in sturdy packages to all U.S. addresses. International shipping options are limited; see Option 4 below.
Shipping Option 1 - drop-ship: All orders ship directly to your customers at no charge. Customers will receive their labels/tags in 7 business days. There is no shipping charge to merchants or customers with this option.
Shipping Option 2 - batch ship: We ship to you each business day at no charge via USPS Priority, for batches of five or more orders. Batches of twenty or more orders will be sent UPS 2-day at no charge. Shipments will be sent at least every Friday, even if you have only one order. Some merchants receive shipments from us every business day.
Shipping Option 3 - UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air: If you would like faster shipping we can ship via UPS. However, you would have to provide us with your UPS account number and you would be responsible for the shipping cost.
Shipping Option 4 - International: If we receive an international order from you, we will ship it at our cost via USPS First-Class Mail International. Otherwise, we will ship the order to you for you to send to your customer, or if you provide us with your UPS account number we will ship it via UPS at your cost.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY CUSTOMERS GET THEIR ORDERS?

We create, print, package and ship within 2 business days of receiving an order.
If you select to have all your label and tag orders shipped directly to your customers (Shipping Option 1), they can expect their package in 7 business days.
Batch shipments to merchants (Shipping Option 2), will take from 4 to 9 business days to receive, depending on the volume of orders (see the shipping terms above). The time it takes to ship from your location to the customer is additional.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
- Swank Press ships to all U.S. addresses, including the 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If we receive an international order from you, we will ship it at our cost via USPS First-Class Mail International. Otherwise, we will ship the order to you for you to send to your customer, or if you provide us with your UPS account number we will ship it via UPS at your cost.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
- Sorry, custom printed items are not returnable. Your customer approves an online proof prior to ordering. Color is not guaranteed; we provide close, but not exact, color. However, Swank Press guarantees workmanship and accuracy, and in the event of our error or damage, will reprint at no charge. Reprints are expedited to get to you or your customer as quickly as possible.

You can also request 12 free sample packs. Each pack contains sample printed items that you can give or sell to your customers, or keep in-house as reference tools.
If you have placed our products in your webstore, each calendar quarter, you will be given credit for $25 of labels and tags. This is to help you with your marketing, as well as to keep you updated with our new products.
You can also request free sheets of printed overruns of customers orders. Or, you may purchase sample packs for your use or for re-selling to your customers. We also provide images for use in print or on-line advertising. And, we keep you updated on press stories about Swank Press and send you press releases about new products, sales, and other news.

Can I sell your products if I don't have a website?
- We are not set up to sell to merchants who do not have a website.
